Spray Diary Setup

Chemical Application Types

Add

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup, then Chemical Application Types and click Add.
2. Enter a Name.
3. (Optional) Enter a Function.
4. Click Save.

Edit

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup and click Chemical Application Types.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Save.

Delete

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup and click Chemical Application Types.
2. Click the cross icon next to the item you want to delete.
   If the icon isn’t available, the item has already been used in a spray diary entry and cannot be deleted.
3. Click OK.

Chemical Types

Add

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup, then Chemical Types and click Add.
2. (Optional) Select a Hazardous Substance. If selected, the Spray Diary will integrate with your Hazardous Substances Register, meaning any stock used in the Spray Diary will automatically update the corresponding hazardous substance record. 3. Enter a Name.
4. (Optional) Enter a Type.
5. (Optional) Enter a Function.
6. (Optional) Enter the Active Ingredients.
7. (Optional) Enter the Concentration.
8. (Optional) Enter the Formulation Type.
9. Select the applicable Units (unit of measure) field.
10. Enter the Density.
11. (Optional) Select the Task Display Colour. The left colour box sets the task background colour, and the right colour box sets the task text colour. Click each box to choose a colour. A preview of your selections will appear below.
12. Click Save.

Edit

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup and click Chemical Types.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Save.

Delete

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup and click Chemical Types.
2. Click the cross icon next to the item you want to delete.
   If the icon isn’t available, the item has already been used in a spray diary entry and cannot be deleted.
3. Click OK.

Spray Targets

Add

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup, then Spray Targets and click Add.
2. Enter a Name.
3. (Optional) Enter a Description.
4. Click Save.

Edit

1. Hover over Spray Diary, then go to Setup and click Spray Targets.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Save.

Delete

1. Hover over Spray Diary, then go to Setup and click Spray Targets.
2. Click the cross icon next to the item you want to delete.
   If the icon isn’t available, the item has already been used in a spray diary entry and cannot be deleted.
3. Click OK.

Tank Additives

Add

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup, then Tank Additives and click Add.
2. Enter a Name.
3. (Optional) Enter a Type.
4. (Optional) Enter a Function.
5. (Optional) Enter the Active Ingredients.
6. (Optional) Enter the Concentration.
7. (Optional) Enter the Formulation Type.
8. Click Save.

Edit

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup and click Tank Additives.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the item you want to edit.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Save.

Delete

1. Hover over Spray Diary, select Setup and click Tank Additives.
2. Click the cross icon next to the item you want to delete.
   If the icon isn’t available, the item has already been used in a spray diary entry and cannot be deleted.
3. Click OK.
