Spray Diary: Add, Edit, View & Delete Entries

Add Entry

Details

  1. Hover over Spray Diary and click Add Entry.
  2. Select a Job.
  3. Select one or multiple Blocks.
  4. (Optional) Select Rows.
    • Manual selection allows you to select one or multiple rows that have been sprayed.
    • Consecutive range lets you select a start and end row to indicate the entire range between them has been sprayed.
  5. Select an Applicator Name.
  6. (Optional) Select a Supervisor Name.
  7. Enter a Start Date and Time.
  8. Enter an End Date and Time.

Tank Mix

  1. Select a Chemical Type. This pulls from the Chemical Types Register.
  2. Enter the Chemical Concentration as a percentage.
  3. Enter the Chemical Quantity.
  4. The Chemical Density pulls through from the Chemical Types Register.
  5. (Optional) To add another chemical, click the + icon at the end of the row. A new row will appear where you can enter the additional chemical details. Repeat steps 1–3 for each additional chemical added.
  6. (Optional) Enter the Total Volume of Diluent (Water/Solvent) in litres.
  7. (Optional) Select Tank Additives. Options are pulled from the Tank Additives Register.
  8. (Optional) Enter the Total Volume of Tank Additives in litres.
  9. The Overall Total Volume will auto-populate using the formula: Chemical Quantity + Total Volume of Diluent + Total Volume of Tank Additives.
  10. The Total Chemical Concentration in Mix will auto-populate for each chemical using the formula: (Chemical Quantity ÷ Overall Total Volume) x Chemical Concentration
  11. (Optional) Enter the Tank Mix pH.

Application

  1. Enter the Equipment Type.
  2. (Optional) Select a Chemical Application Type. This pulls from the Chemical Application Types Register.
  3. (Optional) Select one or multiple Spray Targets. These pull from the Spray Targets Register.
  4. Enter the Application Rate in litres per hectare.
  5. The Area Covered will auto-populate:
    • If using blocks, hectares are pulled from Manage Blocks.
    • If using rows, hectares are pulled from Manage Rows.
  6. The Total Volume Applied will auto-populate using the formula: Application Rate × Area Covered.
  7. Enter the Wind Speed in km/h.
  8. Select the Wind Direction.
  9. (Optional) Enter the Temperature.
  10. (Optional) Enter the Humidity.
  11. (Optional) Enter the Rainfall.
  12. (Optional) Enter any Comments.
  13. Click Save.

Edit Entry

  1. Hover over Spray Diary and click Spray Diary Register.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the entry you want to edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save.

View Entry

  1. Hover over Spray Diary and click Spray Diary Register.
  2. Click the magnifying glass icon next to the entry you want to view.
  3. Review the entry details in the view screen.

Delete Entry

  1. Hover over Spray Diary and click Spray Diary Register.
  2. Click the cross icon next to the entry you want to delete.
  3. Confirm by clicking OK.
