Spray Diary Register

Register overview

The Spray Diary Register provides a central location to view, manage, and track all recorded spray diary entries. Each entry captures detailed information about a spraying event, including the job, block(s), chemicals used, applicator details, weather conditions, and more.

Accessing the register

  1. Hover over Spray Diary and click Spray Diary Register.

Understanding the data

Each row represents a single spray diary entry, with columns showing:

  • Entry ID – Unique identifier for the entry.
  • Job – The job the entry was allocated to.
  • Block – The block(s) where spraying occurred.
  • Rows – If rows were selected, this shows which rows were sprayed. If more than one row was selected, Multiple will appear.
  • Applicator Details – Person who applied the spray, with start and end time.
  • Supervisor – Supervisor overseeing the spray activity.
  • Submitted By – Who submitted the entry and when.
  • Chemical Type – The type of chemical used.
  • Chemical Concentration – Percentage concentration of the main chemical.
  • Mix Composition – Breakdown of what was in the tank.
  • Mix Summary – Total volume, overall concentration, and pH.
  • Equipment Type – Type of equipment used.
  • Chemical Application Type – Method of application.
  • Spray Targets – What the spray was targeting.
  • Application Details – Shows rate, area covered, and total volume applied.
  • Weather Conditions – Wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity, and rainfall.
  • Comments – Any notes about the application.

Register actions

Users can:

  • Add a new entry.
  • Access Setup – where registers such as Chemical Types and Tank Additives are managed.
  • Export the register to download it as an Excel file for further analysis.
  • Print the register to produce a hard copy or save as a PDF for record keeping.
  • View full entry details using the magnifying glass icon.
  • Edit an entry using the pencil icon.
  • Delete an entry using the cross icon.
