View map templates
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Map Templates.
This will display all maps. Use the filters at the top of the page to search for a specific map.
Add map template
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Map Templates.
2. Click Add Template in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter a Name, Description, and Location, then click Save.
4. Enter the address in the search bar on the map, or use your mouse to locate the address manually.
5. Use the plus or minus icons on the map to zoom in or out. Ensure the entire location’s boundaries are clearly visible.
6. Click the polyline icon on the map. Hovering over this icon will display Draw a polyline.
7. Click along the boundary of the location to outline it. When you reach the starting point, double-click to complete the outline.
If you are not satisfied with the outline, click the delete icon on the map and select Clear All to start over. Hovering over this icon will display Delete layers.
8. Click Save.
Edit map template
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Map Templates.
2. Select the map you want to edit by clicking on it.
3. Update the Name, Description, and/or Location if applicable.
4. To delete the entire boundary, click the delete icon on the map and select Clear All. Hovering over the icon will display Delete layers. You can then redraw the boundary. To edit the boundary, click the pencil icon on the map. Hovering over the icon will display Edit layers, revealing the boundary pins so you can adjust them as needed.
5. Click Save.
Copy map template
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Map Templates.
2. Click the overlapping rectangles icon next to the template you want to copy, then click OK.
3. Make the required changes on the Edit Map Template screen, then click Save.
Delete map template
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Map Templates.
2. Click the cross icon next to the template you want to delete, and then click OK.
