Log maintenance
1. Navigate to Health and Safety on the menu bar, then to Equipment Register, then to Maintenance History, and click Log Maintenance.
2. Click the item you want to log maintenance for.
3. Enter the date the maintenance was completed in the Date Completed field.
4. Enter any Notes (optional).
5. Select who completed the maintenance from the Completed By dropdown.
6. Attach a maintenance file (optional) by clicking Choose File, locating and selecting your file, and clicking Open.
7. If the item has a maintenance template, click the plus icon to open the template and complete the questions.
8. Click Save.
Maintenance reminder
Add reminder
1. Hover over Health and Safety on the menu bar, then click Equipment Register.
2. Click the clock icon next to the item you want to set a reminder for.
3. Select a Category.
4. Enter a Reminder Date.
5. Enter a Description.
6. Enter a Reminder End Date (optional).
7. Choose a Repeat option from the dropdown (optional).
8. Assign the reminder to an applicable employee.
9. Select a Highlight Colour.
10. Click Save.
Complete, defer or delete reminder
1. Locate the reminder on either the Main Dashboard or Health and Safety Dashboard.
2. Click the tick icon to complete the reminder, the arrow icon to defer it, or the cross icon to delete it. After selecting an action, click OK to confirm.
View maintenance history
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance History.
Edit maintenance history
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance History.
2. Click the maintenance record you want to edit.
3. Make the necessary adjustments, then click Save.
