View maintenance templates
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance Templates.
This will display all maintenance templates.
Add maintenance template
1. Navigate to Health and Safety on the menu bar, then to Equipment Register, then to Maintenance Templates, and click Add Maintenance Template.
2. Enter a Template Name, then click Save.
3. Click the plus icon to add a section.
4. Enter a title for the section in the grey text field.
5. In the section block, click the plus icon to add a question.
6. Enter the question.
7. Select the answer format (text, long text, date, list, yes/no, photo, or file).
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for each question.
9. Click Save.
10. If applicable, repeat steps 3–9 for additional sections.
Edit maintenance template
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance Templates.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the template you want to edit.
3. Make the necessary adjustments, then click Save.
Copy maintenance template
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance Templates.
2. Click the overlapping rectangles icon next to the template you want to copy, then click OK.
Delete maintenance template
You can only delete a maintenance template if it hasn’t been assigned to an item in the equipment register.
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance Templates.
2. Click the cross icon next to the template you want to delete, and then click OK.
Delete maintenance template section
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance Templates.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the template from which you want to delete a section.
3. Locate the section you want to delete.
4. Click the cross icon on the far-right side of the grey bar to delete the section, then click OK.
Delete maintenance template question
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Maintenance Templates.
2. Click the pencil icon next to the template from which you want to delete a question.
3. Locate the question you want to delete.
4. Click the cross icon next to the question you want to delete, then click OK.
