View questions
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Questions Register.
This will display all questions. You can search for a specific question and/or filter questions by location using the filters at the top of the page.
Add question
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Questions Register and click Add Question.
2. Enter a Question.
3. Enter a Comment (optional).
4. Select a Location. If you don’t have any locations or want the question to apply to all locations, select No Location in this field.
5. Click the plus icon to add answer options. For a question with three possible answers, click the plus icon three times.
6. Enter a description for each answer.
7. Select the correct answer by clicking the radio button in the relevant field.
8. Click Save.
Edit question
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Questions Register.
2. Click on the applicable question to open the Edit Question screen.
3. Make the relevant changes then click Save.
Delete question
1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Questions Register.
2. Click the cross icon in line with the applicable question, then click OK.
If a question has been assigned to an induction, it cannot be deleted.
