Emergency procedures

View emergency procedure

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Emergency Procedures.

2. Click the location of the emergency procedure you wish to view.

This will display the emergency procedure for that location.

Create default emergency procedure

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Emergency Procedures.

2. Click No Location.

3. Click Create a default layout procedure now.

4. Click Edit.

5. Add, edit, or delete sections and fields, then input answers.

6. Click Save.

Assign default emergency procedure to a location

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Emergency Procedures.

2. Click the location where you wish to assign the default procedure.

3. Click Create a copy of the no location emergency procedure.

4. Click Edit.

5. Add, edit, or delete sections and fields, then input answers.

6. Click Save.

Create a blank emergency procedure

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Emergency Procedures.

2. Click the location where you wish to create a blank procedure.

3. Click Create a blank emergency procedure.

4. Click Edit.

5. Add sections and fields, then input answers.

6. Click Save.

Formatting

Sections

Add section

1. Click the Add section button.

2. Enter a title.

3. Add fields and enter answers.

4. Click Save.

If no fields have been added to this section, the new section will not be saved.

Edit section

1. Locate the section you wish to edit.

2. Update the title.

3. Click Save.

Delete section

1. Locate the section you wish to delete.

2. Click the cross icon on the green header bar, then click OK.

3. Click Save.

Fields

Add field

1. Click the plus icon on the green header bar of the section where you want to add a new field.

2. Enter a description.

3. Select the format of the answer (text, long text, date, list, or yes/no).

4. Click Save.

Edit field

1. Locate the field you wish to edit.

2. Update the description and/or answer format.

3. Click Save.

Delete field

1. Locate the field you wish to delete.

2. Click the cross icon in line with the applicable field, then click OK.

3. Click Save.

Answers

1. Enter the answer in each field.

2. Click Save.
