Health and Safety: Machinery Hours

Enable Machinery Hours on your system

1. Click Setup on the green menu bar.
2. Scroll down to the Health and Safety section.
3. Tick Induction – Enable Machinery Hours/Mileage.

Add Machinery Hours to an Induction

New Induction

1. Hover over Health and Safety, then Inductions Register, then Induction Templates and click Add Induction Template.
2. In the Add Induction Template section, tick Include Machinery Hours/Mileage.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.

Existing Induction

1. Hover over Health and Safety, then Inductions Register and click Induction Templates.
2. Locate the induction you want to update and click the edit icon.
3. In the Edit Induction Template section, tick Include Machinery Hours/Mileage.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save.

Log Machinery Hours in an Induction

1. When completing an induction, scroll to the Machinery Hours/Mileage section.
2. Enter the hours/mileage in the Please enter machinery hours/mileage and confirm field.
3. Tick Machinery hours/mileage entered.
4. Fill out the rest of the induction as normal, then tap Accept.

View Machinery Hours

1. Hover over Health and Safety then click Inductions Register.
2. Refer to the Machinery Hours/Mileage column to view the recorded data.
