View equipment

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Equipment Register.

This will display all equipment. You can search for specific equipment and/or filter by location using the filters at the top of the page.

Add equipment

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then hover over Equipment Register and click Add Equipment.

2. Fill out the details in the Add Equipment section.

3. To add supporting files, click Choose File, then find and select your file, and click Open.

4. Select a maintenance template in the Assign Template(s) section.

5. Click Save.

Edit equipment

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Equipment Register.

2. Click the pencil icon next to the equipment you want to edit.

3. Make the necessary adjustments, then click Save.

Delete equipment

1. Hover over Health and Safety on your menu bar, then click Equipment Register.

2. Click the cross icon next to the equipment you want to delete, then click OK.

Equipment with maintenance history cannot be deleted.
