Separate email address for payslips

Overview

An employee can receive their payslips at a different email address than their work-related communications. This can be set up in Team Manager.

How-to

1. Hover on Setup, click Team Manager and select the applicable employee.

2. Navigate to the employee’s Payroll tab.

3. Enter the payslip email address in the Payslip email field.

4. Click Save.

If an employee only has one email address for all communications, this does not need to be entered again in the Payroll tab. Payslips will automatically be sent to the email address in the General tab if no alternative email is provided in the Payroll tab.
