Manage job applications

Access onboarding

1. Enable Onboarding. For help on this, click here.

2. In the new tab, hover on Setup, hover on Onboarding, and click Manage Job Applications.

3. Click into the applicable job from the Job Applications list. This area shows all applicants with their status and the date they applied for the job.

Shortlist an applicant

1. Click on the applicant’s name in the Applicants section.

2. Click Shortlist this person.

To decline the applicant, click Decline.

3. Review the shortlist email, then click Confirm.

If you don’t want to send a shortlist email, untick Send shortlist email.

4. Click Confirm.

This has moved the applicant from the Applicants section to the Shortlist section.

Send an offer to an applicant

1. Click on the applicant’s name in the Shortlist section.

2. Click Approve this person.

To decline the applicant, click Decline.
To remove the applicant from the shortlist, click Un-shortlist this person.

3. Review the employment agreement and make any changes if applicable.

4. Review the approval email.

If you don’t want to send an approval email, untick Send approved email.

5. Digitally sign the agreement in the Signature field.

6. Click Confirm.

This moves the applicant from the Shortlist section to the Offer Sent section.

7. The applicant now needs to sign the agreement.

Import the applicant

1. Click on the applicant’s name in the Hired section.

2. Click Import.

To decline the applicant, click Decline.

3. Review the imported email.

If you don’t want to send an imported email, untick Send imported email.

4. Click Confirm.

You have been taken to the employee’s profile in Team manager where you can review their set up.
