Set up
Packhouse QR codes
1. Click Setup on the menu bar.
2. Scroll down to the Packhouses section.
3. Click Add Packhouse.
4. Enter the packhouse name.
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat steps 3–5 for each packhouse.
7. Click the QR code next to the packhouse name.
8. Click the Print icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
9. Print using your regular printer (not the TSC printer).
10. Repeat steps 7–9 for each packhouse.
TSC printer
1. Hover over Ticketing on the menu bar and click Print Labels.
2. Ensure the printer is plugged in and turned on.
3. Click Add USB Printer.
4. Select the device.
5. Click Connect.
Print labels
Pickers
1. Hover over Ticketing on the menu bar and click Print Labels.
2. Ensure the TSC printer is connected.
3. In the Label Template field, select AgriSmart Bin (with picker).
4. Select the Picker.
5. Enter the Number of Labels.
6. Click Preview (optional).
7. Click Print.
8. Repeat steps 4–7 for each employee.
9. Distribute the printed labels to the respective employees.
Crates
1. Hover over Ticketing on the menu bar and click Print Labels.
2. Ensure the TSC printer is connected.
3. In the Label Template field, select AgriSmart Crate (with Job).
4. Select a Job.
5. Enter the Number of Labels.
6. Click Preview (optional).
7. Click Print.
8. Provide the printed labels to the runners/supervisors.
Ticketing
1. Open the AgriSmart app.
2. Tap the plus icon.
3. Tap the bin icon.
4. Tap Create Bin Entry.
5. Scan the crate label.
6. Select the Activity.
7. Scan the picker label.
8. Tap Submit.
9. Tap Next if there are more bins to scan, or Done if there are no more bins to scan.
Packhouse receivables
1. Open the AgriSmart app.
2. Tap the plus icon.
3. Tap the bin icon.
4. Tap Receive Bins at Packhouse.
5. Scan the packhouse QR code or select it via the app.
6. Scan the crate label.
7. Repeat steps 5–6 for each crate.
