Set up
TSC printer
1. Hover over Ticketing on the menu bar and click Print Labels.
2. Ensure the printer is plugged in and turned on.
3. Click Add USB Printer.
4. Select the device.
5. Click Connect.
Print labels
Pickers
1. Hover over Ticketing on the menu bar and click Print Labels.
2. Ensure the TSC printer is connected.
3. In the Label Template field, select Picker.
4. Select the Picker.
5. Enter 1 in the Number of Labels field.
6. Click Preview (optional).
7. Click Print.
8. Repeat steps 4–7 for each employee.
9. Distribute the printed labels to the respective employees.
Crates
1. Hover over Ticketing on the menu bar and click Print Labels.
2. Ensure the TSC printer is connected.
3. In the Label Template field, select Crate.
4. Enter the Number of Labels.
5. Click Preview (optional).
6. Click Print.
7. Provide the printed labels to the runners/supervisors.
Ticketing
1. Open the AgriSmart app.
2. Tap the plus icon.
3. Tap the bin icon.
4. Tap Ticket Cherries.
5. Scan the crate label.
6. Choose the Job.
7. Select the Activity.
8. Scan the picker label.
9. Enter the number of buckets the picker has filled in the Add count field.
10. Tap Submit.
11. If the crate is not yet full, tap Next to continue adding buckets from other pickers to the same crate. If the crate is full, tap Done.
Stone fruit
Ticketing
1. Open the AgriSmart app.
2. Tap the plus icon.
3. Tap the bin icon.
4. Tap Ticket Stone Fruit.
5. Check the printer to ensure the Bluetooth icon is illuminated.
6. Tap Choose job and select a job.
7. Tap Choose activity and select an activity.
8. Tap Choose row and select a row (if applicable).
9. Tap Add staff and select the employee(s).
10. Tap the arrow icon to the left of Add staff to pull the selected employee(s) through.
11. Enter/update the Unit rate (if applicable).
12. Add fullness (if applicable).
13. Tap Submit & Print.
14. Remove the ticket from the printer.
15. Tap one of the following options on the Submitted screen:
- Grade (document icon)
- Reprint (print icon)
- Next
- Done
Bin submission
Grade
Tap this to grade the bin.
Reprint
Tap this to reprint the bin ticket.
Next
1. Tap this to allocate a new bin ID. This retains the details from the previous bin. For example, if five bins need to be ticketed consecutively with the same employees, block, and variety, data only needs to be entered for the first bin.
2. Tap Submit & Print.
3. Repeat the process for additional bins.
Done
Tap this if this is your last bin. You will then be redirected to the bin ticketing main menu.
