Change an employee’s password (administrator)

  1. Hover over Setup and click Team Manager.
  2. Click the employee’s name in the Team Member column.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to Password already set, would you like to change?
  4. Enter a new password in the Password field, ensuring it meets the criteria.
  5. Click Save.

The password field will clear after saving — this is normal
